UKM offers 21st Century education 9 Years After the Start of the Century

According to Malaysia’s national university, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), its students will soon enjoy what its officials call a “21st Century education experience” following the rollout of a new high performance communications solution.

Talk about laggards or simply naive PR trying to position something for the future but forgetting that hey it’s already 2009!
